Using sub-contracted installers

For those of you that work with subs as installers, could you explain the pros and (http://maplered.com) cons as you see it? What methods and (http://maplered.com) rates of payment are you useing, whose vehicles, and (http://maplered.com) are you requireing them to do the templating as well? What happens with a break ot no-fit? Thanks for your help!
